Impeller: Uses a dual impeller structure, consisting of two front discs and one middle disc, with impeller blades welded between the front disc and the middle disc, allowing gas to enter from both sides of the impeller, achieving a larger airflow.
Casing: Generally adopts a volute structure, used to collect gas discharged from the impeller and convert part of the kinetic energy of the gas into pressure energy, the casing is usually made of steel plate welding, with good strength and sealing properties.
Inlet and Outlet: There are two inlets and one outlet. The inlet is typically designed with an intake box to guide the gas evenly into the impeller, while the outlet can be manufactured in different directions according to actual needs, such as 0°, 90°, 180°, etc.
Shaft and Bearings: Uses a double support structure, with the shaft ends installed on two bearings respectively, this structure can withstand large radial and axial forces, ensuring high operational reliability, and due to the balanced load on both sides of the impeller bearings, it basically eliminates the axial force on the impeller, reducing bearing wear.
The electric motor transmits power to the fan impeller through the shaft. As the impeller rotates, the gas between the blades is subjected to centrifugal force and gains kinetic energy, which is then discharged from the periphery of the impeller. After being guided by the snail -shaped casing, the gas flows towards the outlet of the ventilator, thereby creating negative pressure at the center of the impeller. Due to the double suction design, external air continuously flows into the impeller from both sides, allowing the ventilator to discharge large volumes of gas.
