The surface main fan equipped with a diffuser can convert part of the dynamic pressure into static pressure, reduce the dynamic pressure loss at the outlet, and achieve the purpose of energy saving. The fan installed underground, when equipped with a diffuser, can not only reduce the local resistance coefficient but also lower the dynamic pressure value at the diffuser outlet, thereby significantly reducing the local resistance of the fan device and saving ventilation power consumption.
DK45 Mine Axial Flow Fan: Core Structure and Principle of Metal Mine Ventilation Fan
1. Counter-rotating dual-stage design: Two motors of the same power are directly connected to two counter-rotating impellers, eliminating the need for long shafts or belt drives; C-4/Ⅱ type three-dimensional flow twisted wing blades are used, with adjustable angles; a flow stabilizing ring is built into the air duct to prevent surging, and the characteristic curve has no hump.
2. Reverse air flow: No reverse air duct is required; simply reversing the direction of rotation can achieve a reverse air flow efficiency of over 60%.
3. Materials: The shell is made of Q235 steel plate welding, and the blades are hollow steel plates with alloy blade shafts, which are resistant to underground blasting shock waves, moisture-proof and corrosion-resistant.
