Installation and commissioning
a. Equipment foundation, installation conditions and installation technical requirements
This series of fans do not require a dedicated equipment foundation. They can be placed on a relatively flat roadway floor and operate stably for a long time. When installed in a suspended manner, anchor rods should be driven at the position of the lifting ears on the top of the fan, and the U-shaped steel cable connection should be completed.
b. Commissioning procedures, methods and precautions
Remove the collector and diffuser of the fan, open the anti-fall wiring boxes at both ends of the motors, select the appropriate flame-retardant cable according to the motor power, thread the cable from the wiring boxes on the first and second main shell, connect it to the motor through the explosion-proof wiring box, install the wiring box and tighten the compression nut to secure the cable, and then connect the collector and diffuser. It should be noted that the wiring box of the motor is explosion-proof. As long as it is opened once, before re-connecting, the joint surface must be coated with industrial shellac or 107 anti-rust oil to ensure the explosion-proof performance of the motor.
Check whether the connection bolts of each part are complete and reliable. Manually rotate the two-stage impellers. When the rotation is flexible, the test run can be carried out and the commissioning work can be carried out.
