It is primarily used for gas pressurization in factory and mine gas stations, blast furnaces, coke ovens, and converters. Additionally, it is suitable for conveying gases such as ammonia, biogas, and methane, which require strict sealing, as well as for high-pressure forced ventilation.
The transmission method of the coal gas booster fan is typically D-type coupling drive. The fan is designed as a single suction type and can be manufactured in seven different angles: 0°, 45°, 90°, 135°, 180°, 225°, and 270°. From the perspective of the motor side, if the impeller rotates clockwise, it is referred to as right-handed. The fan's outlet is rectangular but can be customized into a circular shape according to customer needs. Generally made of ordinary carbon steel, the material can be adjusted to stainless steel or other types based on the operating environment, suitable for high-temperature and anti-corrosion conditions.
1. Impeller: As the heart of the entire fan, the impeller is optimized according to advanced high-efficiency fan theory. Materials are selected based on specific needs, using either stainless steel or alloys to ensure good corrosion resistance and sufficient strength. After forming, the impeller undergoes static and dynamic balance correction, achieving a precision level of G4 (higher than the national standard G6.3).
2. Casing: Made from high-quality carbon steel welded to the base, ensuring the rigidity of the entire machine. Both ends of the casing are treated to prevent leakage. The interior is coated with epoxy resin to enhance corrosion resistance. The upper part of the casing has a G3/4\" steam pipe interface, while the lower part has a G3/2\" drain valve. Standard flanges are used for the fan's inlet and outlet to facilitate pipeline connections for users.
3. Integral frame: Constructed from channel steel and steel plates, it is robust and reliable due to its thick material usage.
4. Inlet: Copper or aluminum plates are used at the junction of the inlet and impeller for explosion-proof treatment.
5. Drive assembly: Utilizes water-cooled bearing boxes to cool down the motor during high-speed operation.
6. Sealing assembly: Primarily uses soft packing and carbon ring seals, featuring no easily worn parts, a simple structure, highly reliable performance, and easy replacement.
7. Motor: The accompanying motor is an explosion-proof type, with an explosion-proof rating no less than dⅡBT4 and a protection level of IP54.
