Product Description

The JK series of mine local exhaust fans include models such as JK58, JK55, JK56, JK67, JK40, and DJK50. These fans are specifically designed for various non-metallic mines in industries such as metallurgy, non-ferrous metals, gold mining, chemicals, building materials, and nuclear industry. They are suitable for ventilation in different cross-sectional sizes of tunnels, drifts, mining areas, electric haulage roads, stoping methods without bottom pillars, other local ventilation needs, and certain auxiliary ventilation applications. They can also be used for tunnel construction, underground engineering construction, and other scenarios requiring ducted air supply.

The design of the JK series mine local exhaust fans comprehensively considers the dust and smoke extraction airflow required for various local ventilation work surfaces, ducted air supply distances, common duct specifications, air resistance values, and usage conditions underground in mines.

The JK series mine fans are divided into three categories: single-stage impeller (JK-INO), double-stage impeller (JK-2NO), and counter-rotating type (DJK).

The JK series local exhaust fans have the following features

(1) High operational efficiency. The highest total pressure efficiency for single-stage and double-stage impellers is 92% and 83%, respectively, while the highest total pressure efficiency for the counter-rotating type is 85%. This represents a 20%-30% improvement over the original JF series local exhaust fans, resulting in significant energy-saving effects.

(2) Comprehensive specifications and strong adaptability. The airflow and total pressure values of the local exhaust fans come in various combinations, with air supply distances ranging from 80 meters to 600 meters (up to 1200 meters or more when used in series). This meets various user needs.

(3) Compact size and lightweight, making them easy to move. Compared to the JF series local exhaust fans, their volume is reduced by 20%-30%, and their weight is decreased by 20%-30%, while maintaining similar performance.

(4) Low noise levels. In open areas, the measured noise level of the JK No.4 local exhaust fan does not exceed 86 dB(A). If users have special requirements for noise reduction, our factory can provide silencers; please specify this during ordering.

The motors of the DJK series local exhaust fans are all 2-pole types, with speeds ranging from 2860 to 2930 r/min.
