It helps maintain the fluidized state of raw materials and clinker during the cement production process, ensuring smooth transportation. It can also be used for air supply and material transportation in equipment such as cupolas, furnaces, and forging furnaces, providing sufficient air for the metallurgical process to promote metal smelting and processing. In building materials production, it is used for material transportation and ventilation, such as in gypsum board production lines and glass fiber production lines, ensuring the smooth progress of the production process.
Relying on the mechanical energy input, the fan impeller rotates. The gas between the blades gains kinetic energy under the effect of centrifugal force when the impeller rotates, and is discharged from the periphery of the impeller. After being guided by the nest shell-shaped casing, it flows towards the fan outlet, thus forming negative pressure at the center of the impeller, causing external airflow to continuously flow in to replenish, achieving gas discharge and transportation.
Impeller: Typically adopts forward-curved blade design, which is beneficial for gas transportation and pressure increase. After the impeller is formed, it undergoes static and dynamic balance correction, ensuring stable and reliable operation.
Casing: Generally made of ordinary carbon structural steel welded into a nest shell shape, its function is to introduce gas and discharge gas, converting part of the gas's kinetic energy into pressure energy.
Inlet: Usually made of ordinary carbon structural steel into a converging streamlined integral structure, with good flow performance, effectively guiding airflow to smoothly enter the fan.
Drive method: Commonly uses direct coupling drive with an electric motor, this drive method has a simple structure, high transmission efficiency, and ensures stable fan operation.
