1. This fan adopts a single suction design. The specifications range from No. 4 to No. 24.
2. Each type of fan can also be made in left-hand or right-hand configurations. From the perspective of the motor side, if the impeller rotates clockwise, it is called a right-hand fan and is represented by “right”; if it rotates counterclockwise, it is called a left-hand fan and is represented by “left”.
3. The outlet position of the fan is indicated by the angle of the housing outlet. For 9 – 19 type high-pressure centrifugal fans, the outlet is rectangular, but it can be customized as circular according to customer requirements.

Compact structure: The appearance is beautiful, with good stability, and installation and maintenance are simple. 2. Smooth operation: The optimized design of the impeller reduces the axial force to the minimum level. The use of high-efficiency impellers and static and dynamic balance processing ensures the smooth operation of the entire machine. No additional vibration reduction devices are required, and the bearing amplitude is ≤ 0.06 mm. 3. Low noise: There is no mechanical friction during operation. Oil-free machinery: The bearings of the fan use grease lubrication, and the bearing life exceeds three years. No oil mist is generated during operation. For special requirements, molybdenum-lithium base grease can be used for bearing lubrication. 5. Centrifugal fan impeller: The impeller adopts a special composite profile, reducing internal leakage and improving volumetric efficiency. 6. Easy adjustment: The butterfly valve at the inlet regulates the flow rate, while the butterfly valve at the outlet regulates the pressure. 7. Driving method: Usually driven by a full copper core, three-level energy efficiency motor. Different voltage motors can be used according to the user’s power grid conditions. 8. Cooling of centrifugal fan: There are two structures for the exhaust bearing seat, namely air-cooled and water-cooled. Due to the gradual compression of the gas in the impeller, the temperature of the exhaust housing is much higher than that of the intake housing. Installing air-cooled or water-cooled devices at the exhaust bearing seat can extend the service life of the bearings. The structural characteristics of the boiler centrifugal blower are as follows: This series of fans adopt advanced proprietary technologies such as high-strength wear-resistant impellers, leak-proof bearing boxes, and hinged axial adjustment doors. 2) The operating range is wide and the fan specifications are closely arranged, making it easy to select the efficient operating point. 3) The adjustable inlet design enables adjustment of the axial and radial clearances between the inlet and the impeller during installation. 4) High-strength wear-resistant impellers, using backward-facing single-blade blades, can reduce air flow impact and ensure stable operation, preventing motor overload, and significantly extending the service life of the fan. This type of fan has the characteristics of high-pressure head coefficient, low peripheral speed, and low noise, and is highly practical. 5) The leak-proof bearing box uses a scraping ring to甩 the oil generated by the high-speed rotating bearings towards the inner wall of the bearing box and return to the oil tank. The semi-open aluminum oil seal is convenient for maintenance, can prevent friction accidents, and increase axial resistance to intercept some thin oil and return it to the oil tank. The external packing cover can block a small amount of thin oil. The upper part of the bearing box is equipped with an air vent plug to reduce the micro positive pressure inside the box and ensure no leakage and excellent dustproof performance.
