Product Description

The SDF tunnel construction axial flow fan is mainly used to discharge harmful gases released during tunnel excavation, such as those from explosions and internal combustion engines, providing a good working environment for tunnel construction, maintaining the health of workers, ensuring normal and smooth construction, improving work efficiency, and guaranteeing project quality. The tunnel ventilation fan, SDF tunnel construction axial flow fan, can also be installed outside the tunnel entrance to function as a blower, supplying clean and fresh air to the tunnel construction personnel.

Structure and Features

(1) This series of ventilators consists of components such as the intake hood, primary fan, secondary fan, electric motor, silencer, and duct connector. The body and structure are made of steel plate welding, with the impeller using aerodynamic streamlined blades. The fan adopts a direct connection between the motor and the impeller, ensuring reliable transmission, simple and compact overall structure, robust durability, safe use, and convenient maintenance.

(2) Compact structure, low noise, high efficiency, excellent airflow performance, high wind pressure, stable operation in the working area, wide range of efficient application. According to the length of the excavation face and different ventilation requirements of the roadway, it can be used as a whole or graded, thus reducing energy consumption, making it an ideal local ventilation equipment for tunnel excavation.

(3) Our company can set up a variable diameter at the fan's intake port according to specific tunnel engineering requirements, connecting with the preceding fan to achieve long-distance relay ventilation, thereby obtaining better ventilation effects.

(4) Usage Environment

This product can be placed on the tunnel floor or supported on a bracket. The operating environment gas temperature for the fan is between -15 C and 50 C.

Installation and Commissioning

A. Equipment Foundation, Installation Conditions, Installation Technical Requirements

This fan does not require a special equipment foundation and can run stably over the long term when placed on a relatively flat ground or plane. If suspended installation is used, anchor bolts should be installed on the top ear of the fan, connected by U-shaped hanging steel.

B. Debugging Procedure, Method, and Precautions

Open the motor wiring box, select suitable cables based on motor power, pass the wires through the wiring boxes of the primary and secondary housings, connect them to the motor, secure the wiring box and tighten the nuts. Check if all bolts are complete and reliable, then proceed with trial operation and debugging. If a frequency converter control cabinet needs to be connected, each frequency converter control cabinet should be connected to one wiring box, ensuring that the rotation direction of the impeller is consistent with the arrow direction marked on the fan.
