75kw explosion-proof tunnel fan, single motor, SDS-NO12 fan rotor diameter 1200mm, rotor blade angle adjustable. Air volume: 22.5 – 42.3 m³/S  Total pressure: 900 – 1800 pa. The tunnel fan consists of a primary muffler, the main fan cylinder, 75kw explosion-proof motor, fan rotor, and a secondary muffler.
The 75kw explosion-proof tunnel fan is equipped with an explosion-proof frequency conversion control cabinet. The explosion-proof rating is BT4.
Working principle of tunnel fans: During operation, the jet fan sucks in some air from one end of the tunnel, accelerates it through the impeller, and then expels it at high speed from the other end of the fan. This high-energy airflow transfers energy to the other gases in the tunnel, thereby pushing the air inside the tunnel to flow in the direction of the air expelled by the jet fan, achieving the purpose of introducing fresh air from one end of the tunnel and expelling polluted air from the other end.
Application of Tunnel Fans:
