The most basic application form of axial flow fans is mainly used for air replacement in enclosed or semi-enclosed spaces such as factories, workshops, warehouses, and basements. By forcing the circulation of air, it removes the dirty air (such as dust, odors, and humid hot air) from the room and introduces fresh air, improving the indoor air quality and ensuring the comfort of personnel and the safety of the production environment. The fan consists of a motor, a wind tube, a rotor, a bracket, and a protective net.
Rotor: It is composed of blades and a hub. The blades are formed by stamping thin steel plates and then welded to the outer circle of the hub. Different numbers of blades correspond to different installation angles. For example, 3 blades have angles of 10°, 15°, etc., while 4, 6, and 8 blades have angles of 15°, 20°, etc. The angle adjustment can meet different air volume requirements. Casing: It includes the wind tube and the base frame. The base frame is made of thin steel plates and profiles. It can protect the internal components and achieve stable installation through the base frame, suitable for different installation scenarios such as fixed or mobile.
