3. Mine Ventilator – 250KW Mine Axial Flow Fan Diffuser
When the K and DK series mine energy-saving fans are used as the main fan and station fan, they should be equipped with dedicated diffusers. The surface main fan equipped with a diffuser can convert part of the kinetic pressure into static pressure, reducing the loss of the outlet kinetic pressure to achieve energy-saving purposes. The fan installed underground is equipped with a diffuser, which can reduce the local resistance coefficient and the outlet kinetic pressure value of the diffuser, thereby significantly reducing the local resistance of the fan installation and saving ventilation power consumption.
