The G6-51 boiler blower Kiln and Furnace Booster Fanboiler blower is suitable for the supply and exhaust air systems of 2 – 670t/h steam boilers in power plants, and also meets the high-pressure performance parameters required for fluidized bed furnaces. This series of blowers can also be used for dust removal, mine ventilation and general ventilation systems.
Le G6-51 boiler supply fan delivers air, while the exhaust fan delivers flue gas or gas containing impurities. When the impurity concentration is less than 200mg/m3, it can be used for more than 4 years. If the impurity content is high, it can also be used, but the service life will be shortened. The operating temperature of the supply and exhaust fans shall not exceed 250℃.
The blower is a mechanical device that uses the input mechanical energy to increase the gas pressure and deliver the gas. It is a driven fluid mechanical device.

Blowers are widely used in water treatment projects such as urban sewage and industrial wastewater, as well as in industries and sectors such as metallurgy, chemical engineering, aquaculture, pneumatic conveying, and mine flotation, for the purpose of transporting air or other non-toxic and non-corrosive gases. They can also be used for ventilation and draft in boilers and industrial furnaces, cooling and ventilation in air conditioning equipment and household appliances, drying and conveying of grains; air sources for wind tunnels and inflation and propulsion for air cushion ships, etc.
Based on the principle of converting kinetic energy into potential energy, they utilize the high-speed rotating impeller to accelerate the gas, then decelerate and change the flow direction, converting kinetic energy into potential energy (pressure). In single-stage centrifugal blowers, the gas enters the impeller axially, and when it passes through the impeller, it changes to a radial direction, then enters the diffuser. In the diffuser, the gas changes its flow direction to decelerate, and this deceleration effect converts kinetic energy into pressure energy. Pressure changes mainly occur in the impeller, followed by the diffusion process. In multi-stage centrifugal blowers, a return device is used to make the airflow enter the next impeller, generating higher pressure.

Form of the blower for G6-51 boiler
1) The air supply mechanism is in a single suction form. The machine numbers are 8 to 29.5#.
2) Each type of blower can be made in two forms: left rotation or right rotation. When viewed from the side of the motor, the impeller rotates clockwise, which is called a right-rotating blower and is represented by “right”; the impeller rotates counterclockwise, which is called a left-rotating blower and is represented by “left”.  G6-51 boiler blower
3) The outlet position of the blower is indicated by the outlet angle of the casing.
4) The transmission method of the blower is D type (i.e., cantilever structure), and the connection between the motor and the blower uses elastic coupling, and direct transmission.
5) Examples of the full name of the product are as follows:
G6-51№18D right 90 degrees
Y6-51№18D left 0 degrees
Where: G and Y represent the boiler air supply blower and boiler exhaust blower respectively, 5 is the pressure coefficient of the efficiency point multiplied by 10 and rounded, 51 is the specific speed, 1 is the secondary design, and №18 indicates that the impeller diameter is 1800mm.
Components of the blower for G6-51 boiler
The blower is composed of a casing, an intake port, a rotor, an overall support, a transmission part, a regulating door (depending on customer requirements), and an electric motor. The blower undergoes strict testing before leaving the factory, with an amplitude that meets national standards. The overall support for fans above 18# is purchased according to customer needs. (Usually, a concrete foundation is used)
Casing: Made of steel plates, it is sturdy and reliable. It can be in an overall type or a semi-open type. The semi-open type is convenient for maintenance. Fans below 14# are mostly in an overall type, while fans above 14# are mostly in a semi-open type.
Rotor: Composed of 12 twisted blades, a curved front disk, and a flat rear disk, all welded together. It should undergo static and dynamic balance tests to ensure smooth rotation and good performance of the blower.
Transmission part: Consists of a main shaft, a bearing box, rolling bearings, and a pulley (or coupling).
Intake port: Welded from steel plates, it has a conical shape and a convergent streamlined overall structure. It is installed on the side of the blower and the cross-section along the axial direction is in a curved shape, which enables the gas to enter the rotor smoothly with less loss.
Regulating door: Installed in front of the intake port. When the rotational speed (pressure) of the blower remains unchanged, it regulates the amount of air volume. G6-51 boiler blower
Overall support: Made by welding channel steel and steel plates, it is sturdy, stable, and durable in overall structure.
Motor: Uses a large manufacturer’s full copper core motor. Generally, it is defaulted as a 3-level energy efficiency motor. Customized variable frequency motors, explosion-proof motors, and motors with energy efficiency above 2 levels can also be provided according to customer requirements.

Structural Characteristics of G6-51 Boiler Blower
1) This series of blowers adopt advanced proprietary technologies such as high-strength wear-resistant impellers, leak-proof bearing boxes, and articulated axial adjustment doors.
2) The efficient operating range is wide, and the fan numbers are arranged closely, making it easy to select the efficient operating point.
3) An adjustable inlet is adopted. During the installation of the fan, the axial and radial clearances between the inlet and the impeller can be adjusted.
4) High-strength wear-resistant impellers. The impellers use backward-facing single-blade designs, reducing air flow impact and ensuring good stability. The motor is less likely to overload, significantly extending the service life of the fan. This type of fan has a high pressure coefficient, low rotational speed, and low noise, thus being highly practical.
5) Leak-proof bearing box. The overlapping oil discharge ring is used to disperse the oil generated by the high-speed rotating bearings onto the inner wall of the bearing box and return it to the oil tank. The semi-open aluminum oil seal facilitates maintenance and prevents friction accidents. It can increase the axial resistance to intercept some of the thin oil and return it to the oil tank. The outer side gland ring blocks a small amount of thin oil. The upper part of the bearing box is equipped with an air vent plug, reducing the micro positive pressure inside the bearing box to ensure no oil leakage and providing good dustproof performance.
6) Articulated axial adjustment door. The hinge bearings at the support points of the regulating blades and the regulating rods are all equipped with joints. During operation and adjustment, there are no “dead” points, making the adjustment flexible, labor-saving, safe and reliable, and ensuring that the actuator does not overload. G6-51 boiler blower
7) This fan is either an integral or a split assembly type. For the transmission group, coupling cover, and motor below 16D, they are assembled on a complete base before leaving the factory; the casing, inlet, and regulating door are another component. For smaller-sized fans, they are assembled into two components at the factory, while for larger-sized fans, they are disassembled and assembled into multiple components for transportation and installation.
8) The fan is of a cantilever structure, with convenient layout, direct motor drive transmission, and uniform torque transmission, reducing vibration and ensuring the reliability of the fan operation.
9) The installation and maintenance of this fan are convenient. The fan has two complete base shells and transmission groups. The casing has a mid-plane or vertical plane division. The disassembly and assembly are particularly convenient. The rotor can be vertically lifted. Even if only the impeller is replaced, it can also be axially disassembled and assembled.
