9-19 High-pressure centrifugal blower, Boiler primary fan is generally used for high-pressure forced ventilation in industries such as forging furnaces, glass, electroplating, ceramics, battery manufacturing, and radio equipment. It can also be widely used for material transportation in industries like grain, feed, and mineral powder processing. The 9-19 high-pressure blower is also suitable for use in equipment such as carton machinery and tempered glass equipment. The medium being transported is air and other non-flammable, harmless to the human body, and non-corrosive gases. There must be no viscous substances in the gas. For type A fans, the ventilation and air exchange temperature should not exceed 80℃, and the dust and hard particles contained should not exceed ≤150mg/m3.
9-19 High-pressure centrifugal blower, Boiler primary fan can be made into anti-corrosion fans using fiberglass reinforced plastic or stainless steel materials for the transportation of certain concentrations of corrosive gases. For the transportation of flammable and explosive gases, a cast aluminum impeller and explosion-proof motor can be used to make an explosion-proof fan. For gas transportation at temperatures above 80℃ and below 250℃, water-cooled bearing seats and ordinary steel plate materials can be used. For gas transportation at temperatures above 250℃, it is recommended to use stainless steel materials.

A high-pressure blower is a mechanical device that uses the input mechanical energy to increase the gas pressure and discharge the gas. It is a driven fluid machinery. Centrifugal fans are widely used in factories, mines, tunnels, cooling towers, vehicles, ships and buildings for ventilation, dust removal and cooling; ventilation and induced draft for boilers and industrial furnaces; cooling and ventilation in air conditioning equipment and household appliances; drying and conveying of grains; air source for wind tunnels and inflation and propulsion for hovercrafts, etc.
The centrifugal fan operates based on the principle of converting kinetic energy into potential energy. It uses a high-speed rotating impeller to accelerate the gas, then decelerates and changes the direction of flow, converting kinetic energy into potential energy (pressure). In a single-stage centrifugal fan, the gas enters the impeller axially, changes direction to radial when passing through the impeller, and then enters the diffuser. In the diffuser, the gas changes its flow direction and the cross-sectional area of the pipe increases, causing the gas flow to decelerate. This deceleration effect converts kinetic energy into pressure energy. The pressure change mainly occurs in the impeller, followed by the diffusing process. In a multi-stage centrifugal fan, a returner is used to make the gas enter the next impeller, generating higher pressure [1].

2. Each type of blower can be made in either left-rotating or right-rotating form. When viewed from the side of the motor, the impeller rotates clockwise, which is called a right-rotating blower and is represented by “right”; the impeller rotates counterclockwise, which is called a left-rotating blower and is represented by “left”.
3. The outlet position of the blower is indicated by the outlet angle of the casing. The outlet of the 9-19 high-pressure centrifugal blower is rectangular and can also be customized as circular according to customer requirements.

Structure and features of the 9-19 high-pressure centrifugal blower
The A-type fan is composed of the casing, the inlet, the impeller, the bracket, the regulating door (depending on customer requirements), and the motor. B, C, and D types have an additional transmission unit. The fan undergoes strict testing before leaving the factory, with the amplitude meeting national standards. For fans above 18#, the overall bracket is purchased according to customer requirements (usually using a concrete foundation).
Casing: Made of steel plates, it is sturdy and reliable. It can be in an integral or semi-open form. The semi-open form is convenient for maintenance. Fans below 14# are mostly integral, while fans above 14# are mostly semi-open.
Impeller: Composed of 12 arc-shaped blades, a curved front disk, and a flat rear disk, all welded together. It should undergo static and dynamic balance tests to ensure smooth rotation and good performance of the fan.
Transmission part: Consists of the main shaft, bearing box, rolling bearings, and pulley (or coupling). The transmission is equipped with a water cooling device to cool the bearings and extend their service life.
Inlet: Welded from steel plates, it has a conical shape and a convergent streamlined overall structure. It is installed on the side of the fan and the cross-section along the axial direction is in a curved shape, enabling the gas to smoothly enter the impeller with less loss.
Regulating door: Installed in front of the inlet, it regulates the amount of air flow when the fan speed (pressure) remains constant.
Overall bracket: Made by welding channel steel and steel plates, it is sturdy, stable, and durable.
Motor: Uses a large manufacturer’s full copper core motor. Generally, it is defaulted as a 3rd-level energy efficiency motor. Customized variable frequency motors, explosion-proof motors, and motors with energy efficiency above 2nd level can also be provided according to customer requirements.
